To get started the scenarios and usecases of your app will be setup in Demoground to operate in merchant stores that haven't installed your app. Right now we will do this for you (Built for You). However in future you will be able to do this yourself.
Scenarios / use cases are what we call the features / combination of features that can be setup in your app to showcase how it is used. Simply put, these are the different ways you present your app to a prospect.
Demos are where you can pre-setup a demo of specific merchants before sending it to them. Sessions are the instances of people using the demos.
We aim to have your demo built within 1 week of signing up. Your plan starts once the demo is in your hands and ready to use.
Yes we will refund you based on any remaining time in your first month if you are unsatisfied.
